Group Dynamics
Individuals working in Human Service Organizations do much of their work in group context. Staff however, often lack the opportunities to develop and expand the skills they need to be affective in settings where group treatment modalities are commonly employed. This workshop will introduce participants to: group work processes and skills; principles of planning, forming, and conducting groups; stages of group development; models of group work; and, effective leadership and facilitation skills.

Advanced Group Dynamics
This workshop will appeal to individuals who have taken the Group Dynamics course or have extensive experience in leading and conducting groups. This intensive 3 day experiential training process focuses on: effective group leadership and facilitation style; skills in working with difficult group members; obstacles which the leader may experience within him/herself in effectively working with groups.
