 CTI Provincial Committees CTI's Provincial Committees are comprised of volunteers from the field of human services. Committees organize training workshops utilizing resources from the local communities, including where possible, local faculty trained and certified by the national office. Each Provincial Committee provides a representative to CTI's National Board of Directors.
